About Me

My Story: Who I Am, How I Got Here, and What I Have to Say

Hi, I’m Olivia Jade — hence the name Jaded. I’m a licensed dietitian nutritionist (RDN) with a master’s in nutrition and dietetics, specializing in holistic women’s health.

During my master’s program, I realized that women’s health is often overlooked, and women are frequently not fully seen or supported within the Western medical system. That realization sparked a passion in me — a drive to change the narrative and uplift women’s health in a way that I hope never fades.

I’m currently deepening my expertise in integrative and functional medicine under Dr. Aviva Romm, a pioneer in natural, functional approaches to women’s and family health. I’m learning about true women’s healing — not just on a physical level, but emotional, spiritual, and deeper systemic levels.

More than anything, I’m someone who’s done watching women get sidelined, dismissed, or gaslit by conventional medicine, wellness trends, and the health world. I’m here to shift that narrative, helping women feel truly seen, supported, and empowered in their wellness journeys.

Jaded started as my outlet — a way to find my voice, write, and share what I’ve learned along the way. Through my training, my experiences, and honestly just living as a woman, it became painfully clear: women’s health is often overlooked, oversimplified, flimsy, and full of nonsense — leaving women exhausted, frustrated, and, yes, jaded.

And I’m over it.

This is a space for women who are tired of being dismissed and confused. For the messy, the exhausted, the sensitive, the strong, the thriving, and the confused parts of you.

Here, we talk about it all: body, hormones, heartbreaks, healing, food, soul, style… the messy, magical, real ride of being a woman.

It’s not polished, it’s not perfect, but it’s honest.

Along the way, I found a love for writing these blog posts, speak my truth, and really want to connect with women who feel the same. Or different. Or both. There are no right answers here.

So with that being said..

Welcome to Jaded. Let’s go from jaded to joyful together.
