I take a whole-body approach to women’s healing. Yes, I’m a dietitian, so nutrition is the root of what we do—but it’s so much more than that.

Weekly check-ins to adjust, support, and keep you in control of your body. During these sessions, we will:

  • Adjust strategies as needed
  • Provide ongoing support, guidance, and accountability
